You can only send outward wire transfer to yourself (beneficiary
name = your account name). If you need to send wire to an
account that is not the same as your account name, a
notarized letter is required. |

You can only deposit USD checks drawn on a US bank. You
cannot deposit foreign currency checks and checks drawn on
non-US bank. |

Working only Partially with PayPal. You can link
your account to PayPal and verified your account. You can
transfer money FROM your PayPal account to your Bank Account
BUT you cannot transfer money from your Bank Account to
your PayPal account. In other words if you are in PayPal,
you can "Withdraw Funds" to your bank account but
not "Add Funds". Thus you will not be able to send
eCheck as well. I have check with the bank and they say they
DO NOT blocked anything at all and it should had go through.
I tried to communicate with PayPal and they asked me to use
another bank.
* That means you can still use your PayPal account to
receive money and withdraw them to the bank account. You can
then withdraw cash from your local ATM machine using your
Visa ATM check card. There is no service charge on using
